Shipping and delivery

Orders ship in 5–7 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

What we ship

Full Screen Cameras is delivered on a physical USB flash drive with installation instructions. It is a software add-on; replacement cameras and a replacement display are not included.

Shipping destinations and charges

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery dates or transit times shown at checkout are estimates. Selecting express shipping changes the shipping service, not the 5–7 business day processing time. Carrier delays can affect delivery.

Order updates and shipping issues

When your order ships, any available tracking information will be sent to the email address on your order. Check your shipping address before placing an order.

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact jaggerinnovations@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging and contents if they arrive damaged.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you about the delay and any options required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
