All sales are final

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for Full Screen Cameras. This applies before and after installation or activation.

Check compatibility before ordering

This software add-on is tied to the vehicle identified by the VIN supplied with your order. Answer the compatibility questions accurately and check the requirements before purchasing. A purchase for an incompatible vehicle, an incorrect VIN, a change of mind, or deciding not to install the add-on does not qualify for a refund, except where required by law.

Your Explorer must meet the listed hardware and software requirements and connect to Wi-Fi with internet access for activation. Read the installation instructions and risk disclaimer before placing your order.

Problems with your order

If your USB arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, your package does not arrive, or you experience an activation or installation issue, contact jaggerinnovations@outlook.com with your order number and details so we can review the issue. Do not return a package without contacting us first.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, that requirement takes priority over our all-sales-final policy.
